Remember, I'm rating based on "like for like." In other words, this wouldn't get 4 stars if I was comparing it to my favorite boondocking spots. But if you are looking for an affordable, easy to navigate RV park in the middle of nowhere with large sites and lots of space and a little dog park, well, then this is it!

We got a "first responder" discount (my wife is retired law enforcement) and with that, full hook ups were $34, I think.

Seriously, if you are driving across Texas and need a stopping point, this little park is excellent. They even have a half-way decent cafe on premises that DELIVERS TO YOUR RV! After a long day of driving, that was really nice.

Plus there's a little dog park that we were able to let Avery stretch her legs at. Nothing huge, but something.

​

The sites were 100 feet long pull throughs with no obstructions. The roads around it were wide and very easy to navigate. 

​

The bathrooms were basic, but there were showers and all was clean.

​

The staff were SUPER DUPER nice.

​

We had lots of channels from our digital antenna (there may have been cable, too, I can't remember for sure).

​

Our Verizon and ATT signals were good.
