We came here primarily to go through the Antelope Canyon tours. We decided to splurge and do the long 5 hour tour of Upper Antelope Canyon, Rattlesnake Canyon, Owl Canyon, and Mountain Sheep Canyon. That was on Sunday. On Monday we did the Lower Antelope Canyon. They all were amazing, but I must say that photography-wise, Lower Antelope Canyon won out. And, it was a much better value at $20/person as opposed to $188/person for the other 4 canyons.
In all fairness, the longer tour WAS longer :) and it was just the two of us on a private tour, due to it being less crowded in the off-season. Our guide was friendly and knowledgable and it was a great day. But after seeing Lower Antelope Canyon the next day, we realized that if someone had limited time and limited funds, that was the one to invest in. Our guide on that tour was also a joy to be with, so all around it was a great experience.
The photos below are a combination of both days.
It is hard, however, to believe that any of these are photos of canyon walls. It truly was awe-inspiring.
