NORTH CAMPGROUND, BRYCE CANYON, UT: GPS 37.6344° N, 112.1669° W
We stayed in Loop A of the North Campground. It was pretty busy when we were there. I believe it filled up to full capacity every evening. The pull-throughs were reasonable; not too sharp and not too many boulders or trees in the way to cause problems. I don't recall many back-ins. There was only one bathroom for the loop, but it was nice. The showers were a ways away though, at the general store near Sunrise Point.
The location of this campground for doing activities and hikes at Bryce Canyon truly couldn't be beat. We were in space 14, I think, and it was right near the multi-use path, the pathway to the visitor center, and not too far from the one bathroom.
I rated the campground a little lower than I would have because of it's cost with no services. Paying $30/night I would expect to have some sort of hook ups, but that wasn't the case here. In addition, the dump station wasn't open, but if it had been we would have had to pay $5 to use it... which, after paying $30/night seems a bit unreasonable!
A plus for this campground was having a lot of space in between campsites, for the most part. Even though it was very busy, it felt relatively private.
