LAKE BRYAN CAMPING AT LAKESIDE ICEHOUSE, NEAR COLLEGE STATION AND TEXAS A & M UNIVERSITY: GPS 30.705634, -96.464562
There are two different RV camping areas: one is electric and water with designated spaces (I think there are 6 campsites), the other is a big field (actually two of them) with "electricity" only. I put electricity in quotes because the electric boxes are along the perimeter, are only 30 amp, looked old and unused, and weren't convenient. We opted to dry camp and not hook up to the electricity.
The cool thing is it is a big field that you can park anywhere within and in any direction. So it has ample size and access for big rigs. Since we were the only rig there, we got a primo spot with 270 degree views of the lake.
We were there off season, so the Icehouse was closed, but it would be super fun to attend their concerts on the water. it was a great campsite as we were all alone and had an amazing 270 degree view of the lake.
There were port-a-potties in the field and bathrooms a short distance away. The bathrooms were basic but clean enough. I did not peak in the port-a-potty so I can't speak to that.
I loved the location of this campground and would totally camp there again, despite its shortcomings.
Both Verizon and AT&T worked well.
