FORT CASEY HISTORICAL STATE PARK, NEAR COUPEVILLE AND PORT TOWNSEND, WA: GPS 48.1644° N, 122.6775° W
Fort Casey is right on the water, and right (I mean immediately right) next door to the ferry terminal in Coupeville. The location is fun and convenient.
The setting is super nice with some pull-throughs (mostly short ones) and some back ins. The larger sites are 18, 19, 21, and 22. There is an awesome site at a point that has views galore (site 12).
There is only one bathroom, but it has running water and is located in the center of the campground, so it is in good proximity to all the sites. There are approximately 40 sites.
