If this campground had better views, I would likely have rated it a 5.0. Before the fires (in 2011), I suspect the views were super nice. Now, however, you are mostly looking out on fire-burnt trees.

That being said, the campground is very nice. We were in Piney Hill, which is where the larger rigs go for pull-throughs. The loop/turn around at the end wasn't the easiest thing, but bear in mind we now navigate a 44 foot fifth wheel. A smaller trailer of fifth wheel wouldn't have any problems. I would NOT bring a bigger one through there, but there aren't many bigger than us ;)

The roads are easy to navigate, except for the previously mentioned turn around. The sites are nice pull-throughs. The bathrooms are very nice and very clean. The camp hosts were awesome and all the staff were very nice. There was a nice hike right off the campground. A big playground for kids. There is a pool which is run by the YMCA but it is only open in the summer.

We got over 30 TV channels. We had good enough cellular to stream.

All in all a hit!
