ARMITAGE COUNTY PARK, NEAR EUGENE, OREGON: GPS 44.1105° N, 123.0518° W
It was laid out well, but the camp host was extremely unfriendly, unhelpful and rude.
There were a lot of rigs there that didn't look well cared for.
There was inexpensive laundry, but we got our towels stolen, despite the laundry having a secure code in order to access it. The ranger said they have an issue with homeless. There were showers and bathrooms with running water.
There were some nice walks through the campground and along the river (McKenzie), although I didn't feel 100% safe, given the apparent issues with homeless.
It was nice that it was near Eugene and only 1.5 hours from Portland.
Our cell service was marginal (Verizon and ATT).
